Are the head lights coming on when turned on? If so the ignition switch is o/k. Connect a voltmeter to horn to check horn circuit. Accessory fuse 15 Amp supplies horn circuit and brake light and turn signal circuits so if these are working fuse o/k. Ignition/start circuit requires system relay and ECM fuse to be o/k.
